1 · SCOPE
These terms govern the use of the web panel, the hosted bot runtimes and the public REST API. By logging in you accept them.
2 · ACCOUNTS
An account is tied to your Discord identity. You are responsible for everything that happens through it. Keep your two-factor device and API keys safe.
3 · LICENSES & RUNTIMES
A license key grants runtime for one bot on one Discord server for the stated period. Keys are single use. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
4 · ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use the platform for illegal content, harassment, spam, mass DM advertising, or anything that violates the Discord Terms of Service and Developer Policy. Abuse leads to suspension without refund.
5 · AVAILABILITY
The service is provided as is. Maintenance windows are announced in the panel and on the status page. No specific uptime is guaranteed.
6 · DATA
Bot tokens are stored encrypted and never returned to the browser. Instance data stays in your isolated directory. Deleting a product removes its instance.
7 · LIABILITY
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for the configuration you deploy to your community.
8 · CHANGES
These terms may change. Material changes are announced in the changelog. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
